For over a decade Adelina has been teaching engineers how to pitch for investment for their startups and helped them secure millions of pounds (check her 250+ LinkedIn Recommendations) and helped engineers and CTOs in companies as small as 10 and as big as 100,000 to translate technical concepts into business goals.
Adelina was nominated on UK Computer Weekly’s Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech list in 2021 and won a place in the Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech in 2022 and 2023.
Since 2013 Adelina has been guest lecturing on the topics of: presenting for investment, building business cases and negotiation in the context of science and technology initiatives at Cambridge University.
Adelina has worked with scientists and engineers from Software Engineer all the way up to CEO/CSO/CTO who work for: Fujitsu, ARM, Amazon, Apple, Deloitte, Compare the Market, Microsoft and hundreds of scale-ups.
