What is the Campus leadership profile?

By taking our leadership assessment, which has been designed and tested by CTOs, you’ll gain a detailed breakdown of your confidence levels in seven different areas:

How do I access the assessment?

Campus

Once you’re logged into Campus, head to the left-hand panel and click on the button underneath the home page. It’s a square with a tick in it. Then, follow the instructions to complete the assessment and your results will be processed and shown on the same page.

If you wish to, you can retake the assessment throughout the year to measure your progress.

How are my results presented?

You’ll receive your results in various ways once you have completed the technology leadership assessment. Firstly, you’ll see a chart with a breakdown of your scores in each area.

In addition, you’ll receive a more detailed breakdown of your confidence levels in the seven different areas, along with suggested Campus resources to help you build skills and understanding to become more impactful as a senior technology leader. The suggested resources will include Campus courses, reading or helpful videos to help you fill in knowledge gaps and increase your confidence in those areas.
