“Being relatively new to a management role, Campus has provided me with easy access to a great community to help me learn and grow – the variety of posts and guides is fantastic and having somewhere to keep reflections on my career to date is just perfect.”
Jen Beattie, Head of Engineering
Campus is a transformative learning platform for tech leaders, integrating expert courses, compelling videos, and insightful assessments to unlock your full potential. We’ve put together thousands of resources and hundreds of hours of video to help you unleash your engineering leadership potential.
Consider Campus the go-to resource for senior technology leaders, allowing you to unleash your engineering leadership potential with expert-led courses, powerful insights, a thriving private community, and performance assessments for unparalleled growth.
What is Campus?
A platform to help navigate the challenges of the CTO role with clarity and foresight by exploring hundreds of thought-leading videos and articles.
Join a private community of CTOs, VPs, Heads, Directors and other senior technology executives, and learn from some of the best in the business.
How did we design and develop Campus?
We asked for volunteers from our CTO Craft Community to act as Campus beta testers and trial the platform, tested courses, content, videos, etc. Afterwards, they gave us their honest feedback so we could make relevant improvements.
That’s why we’re so confident in Campus and its offerings because it’s been designed by a CTO and tested by CTOs.
What’s in it for you?
Campus is a fully-fledged social network for engineering leadership learning, and the Campus Community includes discussion groups for all experience levels and team sizes. There are also cohorts for learning and sharing learnings from the Courses. In addition, you’ll have access to:
Endless resources: An ever-growing library of guides, interviews, books, management tools and theories, assessments and worksheets. There’s also a searchable database of the best blog posts and videos on engineering leadership from around the web.
Hours of video content: Campus has deep-dive discussions and panels, interviews with world-leading engineering leaders, lessons and mistakes and recordings of all our Bytes events and Conference sessions, tagged and searchable by theme.
How you can get started
Firstly, we suggest you go and take a look around the Campus website and see what we’re talking about. Next, choose your membership package. Right now, you have the option of the Essentials package (which is free) or Foundation, which gives you access to more.
In 2024, we’ll launch the Masters and Circles memberships–but you can pre-register your interest now. In fact, we’d recommend that you do.
Finally, don’t just take our word
We asked our beta testers to give their feedback on Campus. They were happy, so we’re happy, and you could be happy too when you join. Here’s a few snippets of their feedback:
Jen Beattie, Head of Engineering
“High-quality self-paced courses, dozens of insightful talks and a wide range of complimentary resources provide you with actionable insights that you can apply directly at work.”
