Introducing Deep-Dives – Quarterly Online Events for Campus Members
You told us you wanted deeper, more focused learning – not just surface-level talks, but real guidance you can apply. That’s why we’re launching Deep Dives: a new series of online events created for and by the CTO Craft community.
Each session zeroes in on a single critical topic – like scaling engineering teams or navigating technical debt – with practical insights from experienced CTOs, domain experts, and trusted thought leaders.
Plus, Campus members get free access to every Deep Dive during their subscription – a major added benefit, especially with standalone tickets priced at £199 each.
Our first Deep Dives: Managing Upwards & Sideways will be taking place on 1st July from 15:00-19:00 (BST) and will be hosted by Dr. Lee-Jon Ball, veteran CTO and part-time rock climber!
Connect in Person…and Online
On March 10-11, 2025, we hosted our flagship annual Conference at the iconic QEII Centre in London – just steps from Big Ben. With over 500 CTOs and tech leaders in the room, it was our biggest and most impactful event yet.
Watch the highlights to catch the energy and hear what attendees had to say.
Registration and pre-registration is now open – sign up early to secure the best rate (and receive an exclusive discount on Campus 2.0).
Have you heard about Mentoring Circles?
Looking for peer support from leaders who truly get it? CTO Craft Mentoring Circles bring together small groups of senior technology and engineering leaders (just eight per group) for monthly, facilitated conversations via Zoom.
Led by an experienced CTO Craft facilitator, these sessions offer a trusted space to share challenges, gain perspective, and grow together.
Join a Circle before 31st May 2025 and get a full year of Campus 2.0 membership free.
Meet Our Ambassador Members – Leaders Helping Leaders
The CTO Craft Ambassador membership is more than just a VIP tier – it’s a chance to shape the future of our community while becoming a part-owner in the business.
Longtime member and Conference Chair Emma Hopkinson-Spark, who first joined CTO Craft in 2017, now serves as Co-Chair of our Ambassador level alongside Dr. Lee-Jon Ball. From writing and performing poems that open our events, to championing Member voices behind the scenes, Emma embodies what it means to grow with the community.

Ambassador Members are leaders who give back – by mentoring others, amplifying diverse voices and helping steer the direction of CTO Craft itself.
