Check out the Summary of Key Findings:

New Approaches to Pay and Equity

This year’s survey shows a shift in equity allocation, especially in private equity-backed companies. As the race for top talent heats up, more employers are moving beyond traditional comp models to attract and retain standout leaders.

Women in Tech Leadership: Still Underrepresented

While women make up around 25-30% of the tech workforce, that number drops to just 11% in leadership roles. It’s a gap we can’t ignore – and one our community is committed to helping close.

Big Equity in Western Europe

Compensation across Western Europe shows wide variation – driven largely by VC activity. With a rise in outlier packages (some over £1M!), the region leads on high-end equity deals, while the UK slightly lags behind due to a surplus of talent.
