Jon Topper – Founder of The Scale Factory
Jon founded The Scale Factory in 2009, and ran the business as CEO/CTO until November 2024 when it was acquired by Ten10 Solutions.
He now works as a strategic advisor to the business and he’s currently recognised as an AWS Partner Network Ambassador.
Mike Mead – Chief Product & Technology Officer at The Scale Factory
Mike joined The Scale Factory in 2014, initially spearheading large scale AWS migration projects. Over the years, his role has evolved to overseeing our product and service portfolio, managing technical discovery activities, and nurturing our AWS partnership. His deep expertise and leadership continue to drive both client success and our team’s technical direction.
In addition to his work at The Scale Factory, Mike is a leader for the East Anglia AWS User Group, a community event where cloud enthusiasts come together to share knowledge and insights.
