About the EVENT
Join us our first CTO Craft Bytes in Manchester!
We’ll kick the evening off at 6pm with networking with the CTO Craft community over soft drinks, nibbles, and beer/wine. We’ll then sit down for a short presentation outlining a new framework to maximise productivity gains from GenAI, followed by a chance to put your questions to the group.
In a world oversaturated with discussions of transformative GenAI use cases, many organisations are overlooking the real opportunities right in front of them.
In this session we’ll explore how a pragmatic approach to GenAI, using existing tools, can generate significant and sustainable gains without the need to implement large-scale transformational programmes of change.
The night will conclude with some more networking opportunities over drinks and more nibbles. This will give you the chance to chat with peers about the topic and share your thoughts!
Key discussion points include:
- How companies can quickly adopt existing tools into everyday workflows to yield significant gains
- How to streamline cumbersome and time-consuming tasks with small, strategic implementations of GenAI
- Shifting focus from “the next big thing” to measured, incremental improvements to generate compounding returns for teams and processes
