Nominations Now Open: CTO Craft 100 – 2026

Who has made you a better technology leader?

Perhaps it’s the CTO who backed you when no one else did. The engineering leader who built an exceptional team. The mentor whose advice changed your career. Or the leader quietly shaping the future of technology without seeking the spotlight.

Today, we’re opening nominations for the second edition of the CTO Craft 100 – our annual celebration of the technology and engineering leaders making a lasting impact on our industry.

At CTO Craft, we’ve always believed that the best leaders don’t succeed alone. They build communities, share knowledge, mentor others, and help raise the standard for everyone around them. That’s why this year’s CTO Craft 100 is as much about recognising others as it is about celebrating individual achievement.

Whether they’re driving innovation, building high-performing engineering organisations, championing inclusive cultures, or giving back to the wider technology community, we want to hear about the leaders making a genuine difference.

What is the CTO Craft 100?

Returning later this year, the CTO Craft 100 showcases 100 of the world’s most influential technology and engineering leaders, alongside exclusive insights into the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping modern technology leadership.

The report will feature:

  • 100 influential technology and engineering leaders from around the world
  • Exclusive interviews and leadership insights
  • Perspectives on the topics shaping our industry – from AI and engineering effectiveness to talent, culture and organisational transformation

More than a list, it’s a snapshot of the people helping define the future of technology leadership.

Who should you nominate?

We’re looking for:

  • CTOs, VPs of Engineering and other senior technology leaders making a meaningful impact
  • Leaders building exceptional teams, driving innovation and shaping engineering culture
  • Individuals contributing to the wider technology community through mentoring, speaking, writing or supporting others
  • People you believe deserve to be recognised for their leadership in 2026

You can nominate yourself or someone else.

CTO Craft has always been built on the idea of leaders supporting leaders. If there’s someone whose leadership has inspired you, challenged your thinking or helped you grow, take a moment to recognise their impact with a nomination.

Nominations close on 28th August 2026.

There’s no cost to nominate or to be included. The CTO Craft 100 exists to celebrate outstanding technology leadership and recognise the people helping move our industry forward.
