What is the Campus leadership profile?
By taking our leadership assessment, which has been designed and tested by CTOs, you’ll gain a detailed breakdown of your confidence levels in seven different areas:
Strategic Intelligence: Gauge your prowess in understanding business objectives, anticipating tech industry trends, identifying innovation opportunities, and making data-driven decisions that steer your technology department towards enduring success.
Team Building and Management: Focus on your skill in assembling and nurturing high-performing technical teams, creating a collaborative environment, and achieving outstanding results through effective management.
Self-Examination: Explore your capacity for introspection and self-assessment, crucial qualities for a CTO in continuous personal and professional growth. It’s where you gauge your own strengths and areas for improvement to lead with greater insight and impact.
Communication Skills: Assess your proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, and handling conflict and feedback within your team. These are vital skills for a CTO to bridge the gap between technology and strategy.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Examine your ability to navigate intricate tech challenges, apply analytical thinking, and devise innovative solutions. These are all essential attributes for a CTO steering through the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Leadership and Influence: Evaluate your capacity to inspire, guide, and shape the technology vision of your organisation, showcasing your ability to lead with conviction and influence positive change.
Technical Know-How: Examine your command over cutting-edge technologies, such as systems architecture, cloud computing, databases and security, as well as your ability to implement and leverage them effectively in a leadership role.
